What we collect

The inquiry form collects your preferred name, needs, requested help and chosen contact method: a phone number for phone contact or a WeChat ID for WeChat contact. Organization, cooperation model, budget and timing are optional. We retain consent and necessary follow-up records. The client platform also stores accounts, authorized projects, requirements discussions, documents and confirmations.

Why we use it

We use this information to contact you, assess requirements, provide agreed project services and maintain security. Private projects, chats, documents and internal company archives are not automatically published. Case studies require separate authorization.

Language preference

When you choose an interface language, we remember it in a bifirex_locale cookie for one year. It stores only a language code, not client information, and is not used for advertising tracking. You can switch language or clear this preference in your browser at any time.

Submission security

A one-hour bifirex_lead_session security cookie helps limit repeat submissions, not advertising tracking. When Alibaba Cloud Captcha is enabled, it loads upon consent and submission and processes network, device and interaction data for verification. Our backend does not send it your inquiry or contact details. Without configuration, only basic rate limits apply and submissions require review. Token digests expire after 20 minutes and are deleted on subsequent verification requests.

AI processing

When you use AI product design, relevant conversations, the initial idea and current plan are sent through our server to the configured model provider to generate suggestions. Do not enter passwords, secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Uploaded files are not automatically used as AI input. Provider data-processing arrangements must be confirmed before live integration.

Access and retention

Client data is separated by account, organization and project authorization. We retain information needed for services and determine retention and deletion arrangements according to cooperation status, contracts, legal duties and security needs. This is an initial notice; specific retention periods and applicable policies will be added before formal operation.

Your requests

To access, correct or request deletion of personal information, contact your project manager or use the configured contact channel. We will explain the handling of records that must be retained for contractual or legal reasons.
